팔도 음식 한마당 ‘남산 한국의 맛 축제’ 개막 - 매경헬스

축제 대표코너 먹을거리는 명인전, 팔도 음식거리, 팔도 주전부리로 구성됐다.

명인전에는 윤인자, 김순태, 오복만, 임인숙 명인이 참가해 각각 궁중잡채, 옛날 자장면, 수제양념 돼지갈비, 돼지감자전, 지짐이 등을 선보인다.

팔도 음식거리에서는 강원도 대표 음식 감자전과 도토리묵을 맛볼 수 있다. 경기도 특산물 잣을 이용한 잣 김치전도 이색 먹거리로 인기를 끌었다. 이 밖에도 경상도 장터국밥, 전라도 갓김치, 제주도 막걸리, 충청도 인삼튀김 등도 준비됐다.

현장에서는 먹거리 외에도 K-FOOD 도전 골든벨, 전통 공예품 플리마켓, 버스킹 공연 등 부대행사를 즐길 수 있다.

축제 마지막 날인 25일에는 현장에서 라이브 요리 대회가 열린다. 총 22팀이 사전 진행된 예선을 통과해 결승에 진출했다. 이 중 라이브 경연은 18팀이 참가해 현장에서 요리 대결을 펼쳐 최종 우승팀이 가려진다.

또 생강절편, 건어물, 지리산 꿀 등 팔도 특산물도 현장에서 합리적인 가격으로 구매할 수 있다.

유기동물 후원금 마련을 위한 ‘세이빙펫 바자회’도 축제 기간동안 현장에서 진행된다. 반려견 유산균 제품 펫아이, 마이베프 강아지 껌, 유한양행 웰니스 사료 등 제품을 50% 할인된 가격으로 구매할 수 있다. 판매 수익은 나비야 사랑해, 학사모 등 유기동물 보호단체에 기부된다. 가수 길건이 세이빙펫 홍보대사로 참여해 23일 현장을 방문 할 예정이다. 세이빙펫 바자회 제품은 축제 현장 및 런칭마켓 라이브커머스를 통해 구매할 수 있다.

At the Paldo Food Street, you can taste the representative foods of Gangwon-do, Gamjajeon and Acorn Muk. The pine nut kimchi jeon using pine nuts, a specialty of Gyeonggi-do, also gained popularity as a unique food. In addition, Gyeongsang-do market soup soup, Jeolla-do fresh kimchi, Jeju-do makgeolli, and Chungcheong-do ginseng fried rice were also prepared.

In addition to food, you can enjoy additional events such as the K-FOOD Challenge Golden Bell, a traditional craft flea market, and a busking performance.

On the 25th, the last day of the festival, a live cooking competition will be held on site. A total of 22 teams made it through the preliminaries and advanced to the finals. Of these, 18 teams will participate in the live contest, and the final winner will be determined by having a cooking showdown on the spot.

In addition, local specialties such as ginger slices, dried fish, and Jirisan honey can be purchased at reasonable prices on site.

A ‘Saving Pet Bazaar’ to raise funds for donations for abandoned animals will also be held on site during the festival period. You can purchase products such as pet eye, MyBep dog gum, and Yuhan wellness food at a 50% discount on dog lactobacillus products. Proceeds from the sale are donated to organizations that protect abandoned animals, such as Butterfly, I Love You. Singer Gil-gun will participate as an ambassador for Saving Pet and visit the site on the 23rd. Saving Pet Bazaar products can be purchased at the festival site and through live commerce at the launching market.
