Japchae-korean noodle
Japchae is a dish made for every Korean holiday.
Prepare the onion, carrot, mushroom, spinach or cucumber by shredding.
Fry the vegetables in an oiled pan. .Add salt when frying vegetables.
Soak the noodles in water for 30 minutes.
Put the soaked vermicelli in water while it is hot and boil it.
Remove the boiled vermicelli. Do not rinse in cold water.
Put the noodles and vegetables in a large bowl and mix.
Season with soy sauce, sugar, and pepper. Add sesame oil at the end.
Sprinkle sliced eggs or sesame seeds on top is better.
